Good ideas deserve someone to think them through
I help turn ideas into impactful projects — with innovation built in from the start.
VIKTOR SCHÖLL
About me
Strategy × innovation × sustainability
— across disciplines, across cultures
Complex projects are rarely a one-person job. They need someone who thinks sideways — between sustainability and innovation, between cultures, between what looks good today and what still holds tomorrow. That is exactly where my work lives.
Two master's degrees — University of Applied Arts Vienna and Tongji University Shanghai — give me depth; working with people across Europe and Asia gives me reach. Whether sustainability strategy, international project coordination or stakeholder engagement: what counts in the end is impact — long-term, in the real market, actually implemented.
How I Can Help
Growth questions, sustainability challenges, new markets: I work where strategy meets reality — with innovation and stakeholder engagement at the core.
Every service fits into a phase of your project — jump in where you need me, or take me along for the whole journey.
Selected Projects
ABCU
For ABCU, a Ukrainian foundation rethinking sustainable construction, I coordinated the joint effort that took second place at the Rebuild Green Hackathon 2024. The work: impact assessment with Theory of Change and SDG indicators, international stakeholder coordination, and engagement with local governments across Ukraine. Proof that sustainable thinking can rebuild more than buildings.
respACT
For respACT, Austria's business council for sustainable development, I delivered the visual identity and communications for the Sustainable Impact podcast — including the 2025 Annual Report. The goal: make sustainability engagement feel less like reporting, more like a conversation worth joining.
Atomic Biennale
With my team, I led the concept for Atomic Biennale — a fictional exhibition on humanity's relationship with nuclear technology, born from the shadow of Chernobyl. Strategic positioning, narrative and visitor journey came together in a complete exhibition concept built around the tension between creation and destruction. Here, design thinking turns a bold idea into a tangible, expressive experience.
